Cute Valentine’s Day Cookies | Recipes
Valentine’s is very quickly approaching and who doesn’t love cookies? So, I decided to bring you guys these super cute cookie recipes I found online that I thought were cute and looked extremely yummy! Hope you guys enjoy reading and eating these yummy treats.
Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies.
What you’ll need;
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
½ c. butter, room temperature
1 egg
1 c. white or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
1 15 oz. box strawberry cake mix
¼ c. powdered sugar
1/8 c. Valentines sprinkles
Directions;
Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add egg and mix again.
Add dry cake mix and mix until combined.
Add semi-sweet or white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Stir to incorporate.
Roll cookies into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar and then in Valentines sprinkles.
Place cookies on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for about an hour, or freeze 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place cookie balls onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
Sprinkle additional valentine’s sprinkles if you want a little extra!
Strawberry White Chocolate Cookies.
What you’ll need;
1 box Betty Crocker strawberry cake mix
1 bag Nestle Toll House white chocolate morsels
½ cup canola or vegetable oil
2 eggs
Directions;
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs in large mixing bowl and mix well.
Stir in white chocolate chips.
Chill dough in fridge for 1 hour.
Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
Bake for about 7-9 minutes, or until done!
Gummy Bear Heart Cookies
What you’ll need;
1 cup butter, softened
⅔ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg yolk
2¼ cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
24 gummy bears, cut in half
Directions;
Preheat the oven to 375F. Line two baking sheets with parchment or silicone liners.
In a medium bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and egg yolk, and mix until smooth. Add the flour and salt, and mix to form a thick dough.
Roll the dough into one inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets. Use your finger to press down twice on each ball, making a heart-shaped indent. Place two gummy bear halves into each indent in a v shape.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the cookies are just slightly golden at the bottom and the gummy bears are melty. If the gummy bears do not melt all the way, use a toothpick to gently spread them throughout the indent in the cookie.
Cool completely before eating.
Valentine’s Day Chocolate Dipped Wafer Cookies
What you’ll need;
Wilton Chocolate Wafers
1-2 packages of Wafer Cookies
Sprinkle
Directions;
Melt Chocolate
Dip the ends of the Wafer Cookies in melted chocolate.
Lay cookies flat on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper
Decorate with Sprinkles or non-perils
